How to use the shop

Click on a product for more details.

Add to basket from the product page, or from the main page views using the small trolley icon. 

 - For faster shopping, use Quickshopper to select from a list of products in each category:

You can remove any item if you change your mind. Click the small grey cross in the side basket: or tick the 'remove item' box in the main basket view, and click 'update'.

Check out using our secure server.  We use 256-bit SSL to secure your details. 
 

How to pay

• Schools and colleges can use an official purchase order number to checkout. You need not pay in advance - we can invoice your school/college for payment. See terms and conditions for more details.
   
• You can  use a credit/debit card.  We use Paypal to securely process your card details - but don't worry, you don't need a Paypal account. 
   

VAT Invoice

• A VAT invoice will be sent to your school/college when your items have been despatched.
• If you use a school/college purchase order, you can pay by BACS: contact us for bank details

If you want to order in a different way, that's fine by us!  See below.

NOTES: 

• Javascript and cookies must be enabled to use the shop
• The shop functions in all modern browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera.
• Please note the shop is unlikely to work in an outdated browser such as IE6. If you have to use IE6, we recommend you visit our static site, http://www.trumedia.co.uk

Other ways to order

You can still order the same way as before. Just fax, post or email us your official order, or phone it through if the bursar is happy with that. See terms and conditions for more details.

Private customers can also order by post. Just send us details of what you require, and a cheque to cover the costs. Remember to add 20% to your order for VAT, and £2 for postage (unless your order is £119.76 or more). We also need your name and address!
NB: we cannot supply BBC or Channel 4 schools items to private customers.
