Your package is sent by First Class Post or ParcelForce 48 hour.

School and College Guarantee:

If a title we list and supply to a school or college proves unsuitable, it may be returned within 30 days. Simple! No quibbles: no financial penalties.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.
