Overseas Orders

Overseas customers

We are happy to supply overseas educational institutions, where our dealership agreements permit.  Please email us first for a quotation, which will include shipping costs to your country.  Our email address is sales@trumedia.co.uk.

We are pleased to offer a custom service for overseas customers, but we regret we cannot accept any overseas orders via our online shop.

Payment
We request payment in advance for all overseas orders. This may be in pounds sterling or in euros. Payment may be made by 1) credit card, including Visa and Maestro (not AmEx); 2) cheque drawn on a UK bank; 3)  bank transfer; 4)  banker's draft; 5) Paypal. 

Important note: Please be sure that your DVD equipment is compatible with UK format recordings. For example, the UK uses the Region 2 DVD format. It is your responsibility to ensure technical compatibility. 

Unfortunately, we cannot supply private overseas orders, except in exceptional circumstances. This decision was made after careful thought, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
