Terms, Conditions, and Notes

By ordering from us, Trumedia Ltd,  you agree to the following terms

For School and College orders:

 1) You confirm you have correctly followed your school/college purchasing procedure

 2) You confirm you are authorised to place the order. 

For purchase orders, payment is due at this office within 30 days.

Any goods ordered on credit remain the property of Trumedia until payment has been received.

Any goods which have been purchased on credit without authority remain the property of Trumedia, and must be returned immediately in their original, resaleable condition.

For all orders:

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

BBC and Channel 4 Learning items are for sale to schools and colleges only. Please contact us if you have any queries.
 

Notes

Guarantee: If a title we list and supply to a school or college proves unsuitable, it may be returned within 30 days. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All items are subject to availability. We do our utmost to ensure our site is up to date, and we will always do our best to source products for you. But products can become unavailable overnight.

We cannot normally send a school purchase order to a private address. Please contact us for more information.

DVD covers change frequently, and DVD films are released in many different editions. Please do not use the cover illustration as a guide to a particular edition of a DVD (eg a collectors' edition, or anniversary edition). If you need a particular edition of a DVD, please contact us directly.

The version will, of course, be as described (eg, Romeo and Juliet, diCaprio).

We stock the full range of Channel 4 schools and BBC Active products, and we can obtain any DVD title on general release.
